This high-rise building is the new headquarters for the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce. Approached with energy conservation and urban planning concerns in mind, the design is given its unique appearance by photovoltaic panels on its façade. Its access atrium connects Barcelona's main business thoroughfare, Avinguda Diagonal, with a park and the new metro station.
